Description
Now available for your 3/16″ brake line consideration is a new NiCopp Nickel/Copper AN brake line complete kit. This kit included a 25 foot roll of 3/16 inch Nickel/Copper/Iron Alloy Tubing along with AN tubing adapters, weld on brake line tabs, and braided stainless steel AN3 brake lines. One click and you can include everything you need to plumb your brake system from the master cylinder to the wheels.
- 3/16″ x 25′ Nickel/Copper/Iron Alloy Tubing that meets SAE Standard J1047 and ISO 4038 meeting all international and U.S. requirements for brake tubing
- NiCopp alloy is approximately 9.2% Nickel, 1.4% Iron, 0.8% Manganese and 88.6% Copper
- NiCopp has the strength and structural integrity of steel lines but with the added benefit of being much more corrosion resistant
- NiCopp is also easier to bend and form than steel tubing, bends 58% easier than steel tubing
- Commonly referred to as ’90-10 copper’ and has a copper color
- NiCopp is considered the super-premium brand in brake lines and does not rust or corrode
- NiCopp has been used on hydraulic/fluid transfer systems on vehicles where steel lines and tubing are commonly used. This includes brake, fuel and transmission systems.
- Available in a 25′ roll of 3/16″ line
- This line bends easily and smoothly with hand tools and can be flared with a 37° AN flaring tool
- AN3 tube sleeves and tube nuts included
- AN Bulkhead fittings, AN tees, weld on brake line tabs and braided stainless steel AN brake lines to layout your entire brake line system
