Our kit includes a 1947-1954 Chevy 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck Frame Rails Kit with Crossmembers and Support Rails, a 1947-54 Chevy Pickup Motor Mounts for Bolt-In IFS, and a 1947-1954 1/2 Ton Chevy/GMC Pickup Power Brake Pedal Assembly. In addition, we provide a Speedway 1947-54 Chevy Truck 4-Link Rear Suspension Kit, a 1947-54 4-Link 9 Inch Housing with Brackets, and a Speedway Ford 9 Inch Posi Traction 3rd Member Assembly, 31 Spl, 3.50.
The kit also includes a Heidts SB-054 Mustang II Stabilizer Sway Bar Kit, a Bolt-In 1947-54 Chevy Pickup Mustang II Crossmember, a set of Standard Tubular Control Arms, two sets of Coilover Shocks with Springs, and a pair of Stock Spindles. We also provide a Mustang II Coil Spring Ride Height Adjuster Kit, a Mustang II Power or Manual Rack & Pinion, and a GM Metric 11 Inch Disc Brake Kit.
Our Frame Kit is laser cut from 7-gauge steel plate, replicating the shape and dimensions of the original Chevy frame. Welded on a rail fixture to ensure proper shape, it is ground and sanded to prep for finishing. The kit includes a bolt-in lower radiator support to replace your rusted or missing original. The tubular steel bolt-together assembly does not require welding and includes bolt-in boxing plates to add strength to the frame, providing extra mounting options for the fuel tank and exhaust.
Upgrade your ride with our Mustang II Coil-Over Shocks for unmatched ride quality for the street and strip. Our Control Arms are designed to correspond with coil-over style springs and shocks and work with nearly any stock or aftermarket crossmember. Our Crossmember is a completely bolt-in solution, based on proven Mustang II geometry, complete with bolt-in boxing plates to reinforce the frame. Please note that welding may be required on some applications, and it is not for use with air ride.

Our bolt-in Mustang II suspension kit for 1947-1954 Chevy half-ton and 3/4 ton pickups includes all hardware and instructions.

- (Can be used with a Saginaw GM power steering pump without any additional valves or inline pressure regulators)
- Overall width is 45-1/8″ with 15-1/2″ mount centers
- Must use offset bushings (910-34342) to mount to original Mustang II crossmembers
- 3/4″-36 spline input shaft
- Uses 910-4047 -6AN adapter fittings
- Rack has 9/16″-18 female o-ring high pressure inlet and 5/8″-18 female o-ring low pressure outlet return line threaded ports

Coil Springs
AFCOILS® springs are manufactured using the finest spring material available. They are designed for extended life and consistent performance. They are guaranteed to do the job for which they are designed for as long as they are owned by the original purchaser.
AFCO will replace any AFCOILS® spring that ever exceeds the maximum allowable 2% loss of free height from original nominal specification. One way freight is included.
- Guarantee applies to original retail purchaser only.
- Damaged springs not covered by warranty.
- Spring must be returned to AFCO freight prepaid along with a copy of the original invoice.
- No other warranty, either expressed or implied, applies to AFCOILS® springs.
